Backshot Baby

Someone who’s quite ugly, or who has a flat face, due to backshots flattening or disfiguring it. The child comes out ugly because its a more aggressive and animal like position.

Bob: Damn dude he’s ugly as fuck, parents must be too.

John: Nah man his parents are fine, he’s just a backshot baby.
