Italian Feast's definitions
The act of taking a log shaped shit over a girl's mouth. The double cigar part occurs when the guy pisses thru the middle of the poo so that it break in half and both of the orginal ends go into the receivers mouth resembling two cigars. Best results are found when girl is passed out.
