In 2013, his channel became the most popular on YouTube, as he has been the most subscribed on the website. He currently has approximately 36 million subscribers, and 8 billion views on YouTube. In the same year (2013), he received an Guinness World Record for the most subscribed YoutTuber of all time. He rose to YouTube fame in 2012, when he played horror games such as Amnesia, and other games like Happy Wheels. PewDiePie's signature move is a fist bump, in which he calls a 'Brofist'.
