Sleeper's High

An extended period of lack of amount of sleep that you feel extremely awake (like a runners high). You pass the point of normal exhaustion and suddenly feel hyper awake or strangely energetic despite being completely sleep-deprived.

It’s 4:00 AM, we’ve been pulling an all-nighter for this final project, and my Sleeper's High just kicked in.
