Nogha (noun) – A person who is temporarily acting irritating, foolish, or inconvenient in a way that doesn’t make them a genuinely bad person. The label is not permanent and can be “removed” once their behavior improves.
Nogha (nastier definition):
A person who thrives on being irritating, petty, or pointlessly difficult. Someone who’s not dangerous or important enough to be taken seriously, but obnoxious enough to make everyone wish they’d just vanish for a while.
Like the friend who ruins games by arguing over rules.
The kid in class who reminds the teacher there was homework.
The person who talks loud during movies but acts like you’re the problem.
