A lump of fecal excrement. Waste matter discharged from the bowels after food has been digested.

Travis: "Man, you sure ate a lot of Raisin Bran for breakfast this morning!" Adam: "Yeah, and at 5:00 this afternoon I had to drop off a load of Yetters!"
