Gayse is a nickname for a person with the gay first name of Chase. The person named Chase usually prefers to go by his/her last name or some other nickname

B-rad: "What's up Gayse?"
Master P- "Don't call me Gayse."

Master P- "Don't call me Chase. Chase is for the ladies."
