Fuckwit

A person who could be extremely intelligent if he (usually) - or, she/they etc. (unusually) - desires intelligence; yet, he (she/they etc…) prefers to lack intelligence. Similar to several types of personality disorder (according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders)
