A sudden drop in mood, energy, or motivation caused by a lack of vitamin D—often due to limited sunlight exposure, especially during winter months or long indoor periods. People experiencing a D-Dip may feel tired, gloomy, foggy, or slightly depressed without realizing it's rooted in a nutritional deficiency.
