A hateful phrase used by skaters/inliners when a skatepark i crowded with BMX bikers.

Example:

Skater1: Dude, all these bmx'ers are really messin with my flow.

Skater2: Yeah, it's a friggin Tour de France out there!

Skater1: Tell me about it..
