When a mans mustache is not well groomed causing him to look like white trash or possibly homeless even though you can tell he can afford a razor to trim properly.

Person 1: Have you noticed Grizzly Adams in the corner.

Person 2: Yes I don't know what happened but he looks like complete mustrash.
