Masshole

Noun: can be used to describe a person who frequent gyms and fitness centers, and are in great shape (see gym rat),but who have the rudest behavior and have terrible etiquette ( see douchebag).

Goddamn, Taylor over there at the free weights is such a fuckin' Masshole! I hate him!
