POS 

Pockets of Stupidity. Like minds that tend to cluster together, all equally stupid. An organizational work unit that is oblivious to their surroundings, be they cultural, technological, political or social. The usual suspects that regularly use the excuse phrase "well, no one told me".

For the most part everyone understood the presentation, but there will always be a POS.
