A fake disease used as a joke. Ex: “Hey did you hear? Steve Jobs died of Ligma.”
“What’s ligma?”
“Ligma balls.”

This is from the same line as the “Who’s Joe?” and “What’s Sugoma?” jokes.

“Hey, you got ligma.”
“What’s ligma?”
“Ligma balls.”
