to sneach

The act of preying on an area that is occupied by someone else, with the intention of immediately taking it once the occupant vacates the area.

Joe was sneaching on the seat that Leslie was occupying.

“I wanted to sneach that parking lot.”

The act of preying for a spot to occupy, and taking it the moment that the occupant leaves that area.

Joe sneached the bus seat that Leslie recently occupied.

“I am waiting to sneach that parking spot from that dude.”
