One who is often spotted in the vicinity of cheese, dohnuts or Tim. Often noted to make extremely high pitched and obnoxious noises.

dude 1: That kids totally pulling an Obedebob today.

dude 2: Holy fuck, I know we better go stomp on his dohnut, then make him eat it.
