Palpa

A rude term to describe someone who is “mad rude” and disrespectful with a smart mouth. People who are called this need a beating and a whoopin. Palpas are usually “pick me” girls who feel like they need extra attention. This word comes from mexico but is commonly used in the bay area slang.

Pick me girl “OMG!! I’m such a shortie lol!! pog”
Person 2: “Eww someone get this palpa out of here!!” *throws up on justin*
