Anyone with the username Galaxy is a Kiddy Fiddler. He tends to touch kiddies in his basement.

911: What's your emergency?
You: "I'M BEING ATTACKED BY A KIDDY FIDDLER!"
911: "Does he have Galaxy in his username?"
You: "YES!!"
