to do something subtly, but slutily at the same time.

In a bar, a girl is sitting on a chair, a guy looks over at her and she pulls up her skirt.

Someone would say...

"that girl just pulled up her skirt so slutily."

or... if the action is clearly not subtle and and you want to be sarcastic then you might say....
"slutle!"
