Blue Smurf

A drink which contains cheep vodka and blue World of Warcraft Mountain Dew. The drink is then topped off with whipped cream and a cherry, created a blue drink with a white top which resembles a smurf.

Seth had so many blue smurfs that he caught a fly in his throat... typical Seth.
