A sexual act where three men simultaneously toss one another's salad while jerking off one another. The first man to ejaculate will be designated as the Patrick of the group and will be designated as the bottom bitch in the threesome.
Karl, Dave, and Ben felt a new bond after their first Gay Patrick. Determined to not be the Patrick of the group again, Ben wanted another round.
