ghetto tea

Tea made with marijuana in the manner of hot tea. Can also be iced and sweetened. It gives the high of smoking it without actually hittin' a joint/bong/bowl. Can also be used to describe "bong water".

"Let's head up to da Mickey D's and get some ghetto tea from Rahjeaha."
