the act of scarying your sexual partner just before sex and still being able to engage in the sexual activities expected, or having sex with a female partner missionary and just before her climax stopping and engaging in anal sex while at the same time yelling "boo".

i gave my girlfriend a spooky boo last night, it was awesome!
