The best person in the world. Everyone likes her when you get to know her. Shes fun, hilarious, and smart. She does whatever she wants to do and if anybody trys to stop her she won't hesitate for a second. Ruqaiya's are the most beautiful of girls. Don't get a Ruqaiya mad because she will absolutely anialate you.
