The act of someone hijacking your conversation and taking to places of absolute boredom.

Poor Ken, he was describing his new guitar and suddenly Rob showed up and got him in a Full Nelson. The conversation ended with absolute confusion and bewilderment with the last comments being made about a chicken coop.
