Cape Sneak 

Taking one's balls and laying them upon an unsuspecting victim. The cape sneak originated in Cape Cod and is primarily placed on the foot, navel, or cheek vicinities. Getting "cape sneaked" is considered to be the most embarrassing of brotivities.
