A very muscular and tall person who seems very mean, but is actually nice and warm.

EX. 1
Person 1: Wow he/she seems very big and mean.
Person 2: Don't worry, I know him/her, and they're just a stugy

EX. 2
Person 1: Oh now it a group of big bad people
Stugies: Don't worry, we're all stugies and we don't wanna hurt you.
