The process of obtaining food necessary for bad health and obesity.

1. If you find yourself on the toilet releasing a diarrhetic shit whilst puking in a garbage bag, your gootrition level is high.

2. If you are eating loads of trans and saturated fats and washing them down with pizza grease, your gootrition level is high.

3. Fat.
