Kakagorian

ka·ka·go·ri·an \ ˌka-kə-ˈgōr-ē-ən \ noun

Definition: A person who habitually speaks evil of others or maliciously wishes misfortune upon them.

Etymology: From Greek kakagoros (evil-speaking), from kakos (evil) + agoreuein (to speak in public) + English -ian.
The individual was not merely angry, but a true kakagorian, wishing awful diseases upon innocent neighbors, just because they held different political views than him.
