The act of giving head to a man who is positioned upside-down in a handstand, while tickling his feet as they are above your head.
The giggling noises that the recipient makes traditionally sound as if he is repeatedly pronouncing the word "huey," in a soft, high-pitched tone.

Alex - "Did you hear that Nick gave Sean a huey?"

Jon - "Yeah man, apparently Sean couldn't stop giggling between Nick ticking his feet and suckling on his chode."
