Pinstripes (usually on a car or article of clothing) drawn using human feces.

Friend 1: "I heard you and ***** had fallen out? You two aren't cool anymore?"
Friend 2: "Nah, he went sicko mode so I gave that nerd some California Pinstripes."
Friend 1: "Gross!"
