A person who wears a purple article of clothing, (usually a shirt), way too much

Bob: That guy has worn a purple shirt to work everyday this week.

Bill: I know. He is such a Purple Bitch.

A guy that sits on a dick and waves one hand above their head in a circular motion

A guy that owns a cat and a bunch of uneccessary sweaters and sweater vests. This guy also probably owns a cat and dresses the cat up in sweaters. So, to insult this guy, you can use the word dickcowboy
