'Bishop' is a jocular catch phrase that draws attention to an otherwise innocent statement by imbuing sexual innuendo.

'Bishopable' is where a full bishop is not quite applicable, but still relevant.

I am tired and wet= bishop
I am tired and soggy= bishopable
