Cigarette laced with Embalming Fluid (slang for PCP). This term is relevant in NY, NJ, Philly, Delaware, Connecticut, Baltimore and Boston.

Dried tea leaves that have PCP sprayed on them. Much more potent than the laced cigarettes,usually mixed with marijuana. DO NOT MIX WITH HASH!!!!!
