Wogging

Combination of walking and jogging. Exercise for someone who can't quite commit to jogging, but wants to feel like they are doing more than just walking.

"Going jogging after work today?"
"Well, I walk a little and then jog a little, so really I'm going wogging after work."
"You're hilarious. Let's make out."
