Sartenazo is an expression used in Argentina, when someone inhales cocaine (hake).

If you want to inhale "hake", you have to say "I want to give me a Sartenazo".
Then you will be "re duro" or "duracell" or "durazno" (high / like a rock).

Boy: Hey, look that guy over there
Boy 2: Wow he looks like he gave himself a Sartenazo recently
Boy: Yeah, he is re durazno
