When a person finds another relationship before letting go of their current one and takes their time breaking up, often getting their fill of sex from both partners before up and leaving to the waiting person. Usually serial in nature.
"Damn, Joe, you have Josie on the line and haven't broken up with Trisha yet? And you're getting sex from both! Dude, you dovetail relationships like a professional."
