n. A particularly smelly turd. Origin possibly from the sound "Pewee".

Alternatively it could be a reference to a much hated council candidate in the UK Midlands council elections who was renowned for very poor personal hygiene and even poorer personal morals.

"I would give it a minute or two before you go in there, I dropped a Pughy"
