The fatty, pale, saturated folds of flab that develop when a women passes the age 60 or really starts to let herself go. Scientifically speaking, it sits in the area whereupon the pants, held up by the belt, attempt to conceal it, resulting in a bulbous, cake-like structure.
Steve: If I were 40 years older I'd totally fill her poundcake with mayonnaise and use it as an extra orifice.
