kelha is what you would call a person who is a fake anime fan. they act as if they are huge fans, but they're only band wagons. total opposites of weebs.
Weeb 1: "Yo, im having my suspicions on Ryan in our anime club, hes a definite kelha."
Weeb 2: "Yeah, he can only name 3 anime and they're only the popular ones, not the ones true fans would know"
Weeb 3: "True true, he doesn't even know what a loli is!"
