Peckerlo

Much like the skin flute but differs in 2 main categories. The peckerlo is half the size of the skin flute and when the ball sack is squeezed just right it plays at an entire octave higher.

Susan licked her lips, squeesed the sack, and played the peckerlo beautifully.
