Diapa bag  

Pronounced "Diepa" bag because of its origin of the New York accent. a) Someone who is arrogant and obnoxious who tries to show off at every opportunity. b) A person at the current state of doing something completely idiotic such as his driving or speech. Someone who flakes out on someone can also become a diapa bag briefly for their current actions.

"What a diapa bag! He drove by 6 times to show off his rims!"
"Yo sorry I couldn't make it. I feel like a diapa(bag)."
"Look at that diapa bag Always flexing in front of the mirror!"
"I can't stand that guy! He is such a diapa bag. (face can be supstituted for bag if desired.)
