The term waste men is in reference to the people we targeted individuals call, the Gangstalkers who stalk people like activist, religious groups, criminals, children, politicians, ex partners, high IQ individuals, autistic people you name it. It's the satanic shadow government pushing this program from the top and people below them do the dirty work.
