The act of placing tobacco in a bowl piece and sprinkling a large amount of keef on top.
Created by the infamous Toby Keith on the Toby Keef tour in 2007.

Jason: "Hey man be careful! Keef and tobacco are a deadly mixture."
Garrett: "Shut up bitch I'm taking a Toby Keef!"
