God of War 3 - the third game out of the "God of War" series. Developed and published by SCEA in the summer of 2009.

Gamer 1 - Hey, why does everybody think that GoW3 stands for Gears of War 3?
Gamer 2 - I dunno, there all 360 idiot fanboys as God of War was released an entire year before Gears.

Stands for "Massive Action Game". It is a first-party Playstation 3 exclusive that was release in 2009. It can hold up to 256 player online, simultaneously (a first for online games). It's a first-person-shooter.

Gamer 1 - Why do these fanboys think Gow stands for Gears of War? Because it doesn't - God of War was released a year before Gears was. Yea for gow3!
