Gamer 1 - Why do these fanboys think Gow stands for Gears of War? Because it doesn't - God of War was released a year before Gears was. Yea for gow3!

Stands for "Massive Action Game". It is a first-party Playstation 3 exclusive that was release in 2009. It can hold up to 256 player online, simultaneously (a first for online games). It's a first-person-shooter.
