This term is used to describe the nipples of a woman when the length exceeds the width. In most cultures this is considered to be an undesirable and often repulsive attribute on those unfortunate enough to suffer from the condition.
I threw up in my mouth and left when Jennifer took off her shirt and I discovered her unsettling tower nipples.
