Jiggly belly refers to the time when your stomach is very gaseous. Also related to indigestion and flatulence.

Tim had the jiggly belly so bad that the van began to smell like a truck stop bathroom.

I felt sick to my stomach and realized, "Oh no, I have the jiggly belly!"
