Crimp

A crimp is a difficult person who just won't go away. Meddling and irritating, they always have some dumb thing to add to someone else's conversation. They'll bring an unannounced friend to your lunch date or ask inappropriate questions like “So how much did you pay for that?”, “Did you get fired or did you quit?”, or “Who were you texting just now?”

"He is such a crimp. I wish he'd just stay out of this"
"Tell that crimp to mind her own business"
"I can't ever have a private conversation with that crimp hanging around."
