A style of men's dress that is native to the 'peg. The classic example of a full Winnipeg ensemble is a powder-blue safari suit jacket, bolo tie (either a Texas long-horn head or turqoise-stone slider), polyester golf shirt, yellow plaid flood pants, a white patent-leather belt with a fake gold buckle, white woven-top loafers with fake gold accents, and dark Argyl socks.

Stew showed up at work last casual-Friday in the full Winnipeg. Good thing he's only the shipping clerk.
