The Turtleneck

An awkward seated dance in which the neck is moved in a snake like motion while the head is rocked back and forth.

1) Dude, have you ever tried the Turtleneck while high? It's amazing.
2) That guy over there must not know how to dance, all hes doing is Turtlenecking.
